What Mentropy is
A pelvic floor training application with a community of men.
The subscription grants access to the practice and to the community.
Who may use it
Mentropy is intended for people aged 18 and over.
Accounts identified as belonging to someone under 18 are closed.
Content you publish
What you publish remains yours. You may delete it at any time.
By publishing, you grant permission to display that content within the application, to other members.
Nothing beyond that. Content is not sold, licensed, or used in advertising.
You are responsible for what you publish.
Translation
By accepting these terms, you agree that your posts and comments may be translated, so that members in other countries can read them.
Translation happens when another member requests it, and is performed by a language model operated by Anthropic. This technology was chosen deliberately: a conventional translator swaps word for word and loses the tone. A language model understands context and preserves the essence of what was said.
Content rules
These rules apply to posts, comments, profile photos, and the name you sign with.
Health guidance. Reporting your own experience is permitted. Instructing another member on what to take, do, or stop doing with his body is not. This includes medication, herbs, supplements, treatments, and diagnoses.
This rule is a condition for the application to exist in the app stores, and it protects those who arrive here needing professional care.
Aggression. Insult, humiliation, threat, harassment, and hate speech against any person or group are prohibited, without exception.
Exposing others. Publishing a name, photo, address, phone number, or any information identifying someone who did not choose to identify himself is prohibited. This applies to members and to people outside the community.
Explicit sexual content. The application deals with sexuality, and discussing it is part of what happens here. Graphic description of sexual acts is prohibited.
Illegal content. Prohibited without exception. This includes any content involving minors.
Promotion. Selling, advertising, links to products or services, and recruitment for other groups are prohibited.
Fake and automated accounts. One person, one account. Accounts operated by automation are prohibited.
Reports and decisions
You may report any post or comment, and you may block any member.
Reports are reviewed according to the application's internal review procedure. The possible outcomes are keeping the content, removing it, or closing the account responsible.
When content is removed, the author receives an email stating the reason. Appeals may be sent in reply to that email and are reviewed under the same procedure.
Accounts closed for violating these rules are not reinstated. A record of the decision is retained, including the associated email address, so that it cannot be circumvented through a new account.
Blocking
You may block any member at any time. Blocking is mutual: neither of you sees the other's content. The blocked member is not notified.
Subscription
Subscriptions are processed by Apple, and in the future by Google. Billing, renewal, and cancellation terms are set by them.
The free period and the price are shown before confirmation. Billing begins at the end of the free period and renews automatically until cancelled.
Cancellation is done through the subscription settings on your device. Mentropy does not process payments and cannot cancel subscriptions.
Refund requests are decided by the store.
Price changes are communicated in advance.
Limits of liability
Content from other members. Reports are reviewed and decisions are applied, but content is not reviewed before publication. What you find in the community is the personal experience of other men, not verified information.
Decisions made from what you read here. Mentropy is not liable for choices made on the basis of content published by members.
Automatic translations. Translations are machine-generated and may contain errors. The original text remains accessible.
Availability. Failures and interruptions may occur, and are fixed as quickly as possible.
Health
Mentropy is not a health service and does not replace professional assessment.
Pelvic floor training is physical exercise, not treatment. If you have any health condition, feel pain during practice, or have any doubt about whether it suits you, consult a health professional before continuing.
Changes to these terms
Material changes are announced within the application before they take effect. If you do not agree, you may delete your account.
The date at the top indicates the last modification.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time, from your profile. The reactivation window is 7 days, after which data is deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Accounts violating these terms may be closed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law.
